AFTER BURNERS

When the volatile organic substances incombustes originate from the sintering of ceramic products, TECHNOKILNS, plans the continuous kilns in such way that the kiln itself in pre-heating zone (BBO), it works like after-burner to high turbulence, and than it save fuel in comparison to the exsternal after burner.
If the volatile organic substances, instead, incoming from trials "cold" as
boxes of painting, sticking, presses at low temperature, TECHNOKILNS produce external after-burners.
The temperature of combustion is 750-850°C, with times of permanence least 1 second. The after-burner can be combined to a heat changer for recovery of energy coming from the exhaust smokes.
